Iat\u0103 c\u00e2teva concluzii cheie:<\/p><p><strong>1. Obezitatea \u0219i diabetul de tip 2<\/strong><\/p><p>Unul dintre cele mai str\u00e2ns legate aspecte este leg\u0103tura dintre obezitate \u0219i diabetul de tip 2. Cercet\u0103rile au ar\u0103tat o asociere puternic\u0103 \u00eentre acumularea excesiv\u0103 de gr\u0103sime corporal\u0103 \u0219i dezvoltarea diabetului de tip 2. Gr\u0103simea \u00een exces interfereaz\u0103 cu capacitatea celulelor de a utiliza corect insulina, hormonul responsabil pentru reglarea glicemiei.<\/p><p><strong>2.
